📌 Important Note: "Get2MyCard" is a brand name of KK Marketing. All invoices for services will be issued by KK Marketing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Get2MyCard Catalog website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Service Description

Get2MyCard Catalog provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital product catalogs. Our services include:

  • Digital Catalog Creation — Build a mobile-friendly product catalog in minutes
  • Product Management — Add, edit, and organize products with images and specifications
  • WhatsApp Integration — Direct inquiry routing to your business WhatsApp
  • QR Code Generation — Share your catalog via custom QR codes
  • Brand Logo Support — Upload your company logo (Pro plan)
  • Analytics Dashboard — Track catalog views and inquiries

Service Delivery: Our core service is digital. Your catalog is delivered immediately upon account creation. All features are accessible via web browser — no app download required.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To create an account, you must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

Get2MyCard Catalog offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require payment.

4.2 Billing

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring annual basis
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • All payments are processed through Razorpay

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

  • Digital Services: Due to the immediate digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once the catalog has been activated and is live.
  • Technical Issues: If there's a technical fault from our end that prevents service usage for more than 48 hours, we will either fix the issue or provide a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate Payments: Any duplicate payments will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your catalog (product images, descriptions, specifications). By using our Service, you grant us a license to:

  • Host, display, and distribute your catalog content
  • Make necessary technical modifications for display optimization
  • Provide the Service to you and your customers

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or offensive
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Contains false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

All Get2MyCard trademarks, logos, software, and platform are owned by us or our licensors.

6.2 Templates

Catalog templates are provided for your use. You may not resell, modify, or distribute templates separately.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Modifications

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may cause temporary downtime
  • Change pricing with advance notice (30 days)
  • Terminate service for violation of these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET2MYCARD (KK MARKETING) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us
  • Third-party actions or content

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haryana Jurisdiction.
